The Bamboo Skewer
The Bamboo Skewer is a North Denver based food truck specializing in fresh, flame grilled teriyaki chicken rice plates and other Japanese inspired items and sides. We steam hot sticky Japanese white rice before every service. Then we rub house seasonings on our hand trimmed fresh trimmed chicken thighs and chargrill them. Carved to order and served with sweet and salty tare sauce and fresh scallions. With other protein options like teriyaki meatballs and crispy fried shrimp as well as delicious sides to choose from, this truck has something craveable time and time again! To suit everyone we offer a Vegetarian and Gluten Free option every day. We would love the opportunity to serve you. We are open to attending ANY event in the Denver metro area.

Wheels on Fire Food Truck
Here at Wheels n Fire, we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to your food and service. We offer traditional Neapolitan pizzas with vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options, as well as specials like salads and deserts. Our custom build wood fired oven is hot enough to bake a 12 inch pizza in 90 seconds. We don't bake if until you order it. Because of this we're able to serve our customers the freshest high-quality food brought right to your door or where ever you want us to go.
Peaceful Creations Desert Truck

This truck rolls across Denver, CO sporting a 1960s aesthetic to bring some groovy vibes to folks who want a little atmosphere with their eats. And what kind of fare do they serve, you ask? Ice cream, of course, because nothing brings the joy in more than a velvety scoop of saccharine glory. Keeping with the theme of goodwill to all, every sundae here is named after a peaceful figure from history. And trust us – these sweet treats are so saintly, they more than live up to their namesakes. Fans of sweet-and-salty pairings should try a Gandhi, chocolate ice cream smothered in chopped peanuts. Lovers of all things fruit-flavored will be enchanted by the Malala, strawberry ice cream topped with chopped kit-kats and rainbow sprinkles. We are Wheels on Fire Pizza Truck! This custom designed Rig features a 2,500 pound Italian Brick Wood-Fired oven crafted by none other than Italian made Forno Bravo. we don’t take any shortcuts when it comes to your food and service. Roll It Up Sushi
Co-founders Mathew Yamali and David Jagodzinski met a year ago while both were managing a multi-million dollar restaurant, Mathew the chef and David the dining-room manager and sommelier. After working a fifteen-hour shift together, Mathew approached David with the idea of working for themselves and creating the dream schedule. Both savored the thought, but within a few minutes, laughed it off and returned to their seemingly endless closing shift. Little did David realize Matt was serious, and with foodtrucks rising in prominence in the culinary world, it all made sense. Later that week Matt came to David, but this time with something real and the rest is history.

The Dapper Doughnuts
Like our Hot Fresh donuts, we make our drizzle toppings onsight. We make up to 10 different drizzle flavors along with a variety of different toppings - from sweet and salty, to fruity to chocolaty and caramel smooth and creamy. Great coffee, Refreshers, blended drinks, iced coffees and more are available to compliment our doughnuts. Some locations also offer many espresso drinks. Godfather Cannoli
Godfather Cannoli is a regular vendor at the Southands Mall and Parker Farmer's Markets from mid-May through mid-October. We also participate in other markets and events which may vary from year-to-year. Follow us on FB for up-to-date event information. We had three food trucks lined up and everything was looking fantastic until we got a whole foot of snow and freezing rain. This one was canceled unfortunately but we are all looking forward to the next Southmoor Food Truck Night on 3/11/21.

these food trucks were scheduled so in consideration of these small business owners who are already struggling in this shut down environment and who had already purchased food for tomorrow, I have taken upon myself to let you all know that this is going to be available.
If you want to support this community-building effort… Cindy, Parker and I along with Steve and Ruth Rohs invite you share dinner with us tomorrow evening Thursday, February 11th for the inaugural “Southmoor Food Truck Night”. I know it will cold, however this is a neighborhood take out dinner with a short drive home!!! Your food will be warmer than if transported from a restaurant!
