We have simplified this process to ease the stress and we act as the primary point of contact during the process to help the process flow even smoother. Senior Move Manager: Responsible for sorting through belongings, furniture and dishes to plan out what will fit in the new home, and providing packing and unpacking services.
Estates Sales and Liquidation: Responsible for efficiently and expertly presenting and selling as much as possible to clear the estate and make as much money as possible for the seller.
Estate Clearing: Responsible for clearing out the house completely in lieu of an estate sale, or following an estate sale, they clear out everything that didn't sell. This is a green process since they sell, donate or recycle everything they remove from the home, nothing gets thrown away.
Bonded Movers: Our recommended movers have 20+ years of experience working with seniors and are approved in most senior communities and offer the highest-level of customer service at a fair price.
When most people downsize they still want to maintain the community they had built up in their previous home, lucky for you we know many people that have moved into 55+ communities with lots of recreation. Knowing these people helps us work with you and the staff in the community to further smoothly facilitate your move.
For seniors that need or want a higher level of care, we have a trusted expert to whom we refer them. Meeting with seniors and their family members, they assess their wants and needs fully. Staff will discuss in detail everything from the level of assistance needed (for instance with medications, daily assistance or meal assistance) to where they want to be geographically to what their budget can afford. For seniors who have limited resources, they provide help locating facilities that partner with Innovage and Medicaid so that they will not have to move if they outlive their retirement funds.

Main-floor masters are in high demand right now, whether they're in a 55+ community, a townhome or in a neighborhood, they go very quickly and sometimes even before they make it to the MLS.
